By using ChinaMaxx, you agree to use the app for personal language practice and not for harmful, abusive, or illegal activity.

Subscription

ChinaMaxx Plus is a monthly auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

AI tutor

Tutor responses are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Do not rely on the app for legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

Acceptable use

Do not submit illegal, abusive, or privacy-invasive content, and do not attempt to disrupt the backend service.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but practice sessions may be interrupted by network or provider issues.
